Health Insurance

If you are uninsured, you may be eligible for Medical Assistance or for affordable health insurance from the new Health Insurance Marketplace (also known as "Obamacare").  Whether you should apply for Medical Assistance or purchase insurance from Marketplace is a complicated question.  If you are not eligible for Medical Assistance, it can be very confusing to figure out which plan in the Marketplace is right for you.

We suggest you get help with applying.  At your local community health center, you can meet with a Health Insurance Marketplace Navigator who can help you apply for whatever health insurance option is best for you.
