Medical-Legal Community Partners

PLA’s Medical-Legal Community Partnership is proud to partner with three health care organizations providing primary care and other coordinated services to Philadelphians. 

Our partners are invested in the health of Philadelphians and have extended their investment beyond the physician's table and into our communities. They know that the best way to support health is by creating circumstances where healthy choices are available. That’s where we come in. Medical staff refer their patients to our legal advocates at the MLCP and we help them afford their medical care, access nutritious food, and find or maintain safe and decent housing.
