Busy signals and long wait times when calling the UC Service Centers

Due to funding cuts, the UC Service Centers are currently operating with 50% of their normal staff.  Claimants are experiencing busy signals and long wait times when they try to call the Service Center (888-313-7284).

PLA has created a complaint system, UCComplaint.org, to track claimants' experiences with calling the Service Centers. The information we gather will help us provide feedback to the Department of Labor and Industry.  The submission page for the complaint system also lists resources and information for claimants, which will be emailed to them if they enter their e-mail address. We will use contact information from the complaint system to update claimants about new ways to reach the Department as we learn them.
