Philadelphia Chinatown Development Corporation (PCDC)

Philadelphia Chinatown Development Corporation (PCDC) is a grassroots, community-based non-profit that aims to preserve, protect, and promote Chinatown as a viable ethnic, residential, and business community. A long-term community partner, PCDC frequently connects PLA with residents of Chinatown who are struggling to navigate the legal system on their own. This year, our Unemployment Compensation Unit, Consumer Housing Unit, and Low Income Tax Clinic have been particularly lucky to work closely with PCDC on community outreach and legal education surrounding coronavirus relief programs. We are grateful for PCDC and their commitment to the community!
