If you are uninsured, you may be eligible for Medical Assistance or for affordable health insurance from the new Health Insurance Marketplace (also known as "Obamacare").  Whether you should apply for Medical Assistance or purchase insurance from Marketplace is a complicated question.  If you are not eligible for Medical Assistance, it can be very confusing to figure out which plan in the Marketplace is right for you.
