Unemployment Compensation

Unemployment Compensation is a vital benefit you are entitled to when you have lost your job through no fault of your own.

Unemployment compensation intake is currently closed and will reopen on Monday, April 14. If you have a hearing scheduled before April 14th and are looking for representation, you should request a continuance. For information about how to request a continuance, go to uchelp.org. If you are having some other UC issue, we recommend calling the UC Statewide Hotline at 888-313-7284 on a Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday to reach an agent who can help you. You can also email uchelp@pa.gov or use the UC Live chat feature on the Department of Labor and Industry's website to talk with a UC agent. If you continue to have issues with your claim, please call back after April 14. Thank you.
